Together with partner company Tieto, a prototype for next-generation in-vehicle infotainment and telematics was shown at "Tag der Elektromobilitaet" hosted by Streetscooter GmbH, in Aachen, Germany. Combining the FPGA-based "Soft" Hardware Platform with the rich ecosystem of open source ANDROID enables cost-, weight-, and power-efficient IVI systems for electric vehicles.
MLE "Soft" Hardware Platform Release 3.2

MLE ships Release 3.2 of its "Soft" Hardware Platform. By keeping close distance to the current Linux kernel development and by adding many additional application software packages for Xilinx PowerPC, current licensees can now build on a richer development platform.
